Billy Hill Productions is an independent production company founded by James B. Hill III in order to produce low-budget, commercially viable, independent dramatic films and documentaries.

We have been working, in advisement with The University of North Carolina Wilmington since December 2005, to film the documentary Troubled Waters. This documentary will tell the story of San Antonio de Los Cobres. Troubled Waters Productions is working with Billy Hill Productions in order to provide a fiscal organization and artistic structure to produce Troubled Waters.
